The star of their story is Princess Bubble, who is confused because all of the fairy tales she has ever read, tell her she must find her "prince" in order to live happily ever after. In the midst of her entertaining search, Princess Bubble discovers that happiness is found beyond the prince and is attainable for everyone. It's about learning to love yourself, being kind and giving of yourself to others, and looking forward to the many adventures that lie ahead! - Comment by DATINGMONKEY on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come
Ruthie, you have to stick with it. It's just another way of meeting people. And it's a damn sight easier to sit at home and surf for gentlemen callers for a month in order to fix up 20 dates than to spend 3 years going to bars to fix up the same amount (if that makes sense). You know what to avoid now, and you know what you need to ask before you meet up - and anyway you've got a fiiine article out of it! Good luckDM xPS No-one needs a book about internet dating. They just need common sense, patience, and a very, very good sense of humour. And yes, internet dating does work .... - Comment by Steve on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come

Well, Ruthie, don't give up!! I know what that feels like but unless your life is gonna be a short one, the chances are, you will meet someone eventually. - Comment by Ruthie on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come
Victor, thanks...and I think you're right about how to meet the guys...I've heard of online success..but the perfect couple I refer to in my article...they met at a bar...I guess there is something to be said about a first encounter being in person.Jet, its early and you made me laugh out loud! - Comment by Jet in Columbus on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come
Keep looking Ruthie, he's out there somewhere. I've personally found that your fantasy man never seems to be the one you settle down with, but remember that old hippie saying in the meantime, "a good man is hard to find, but a hard man is good to find"! Nice post, though tinged with a bit of melancholy. From my perspective, the big mistake singles make is the "search" mode thing. I have a good friend like that. He's always looking and never finding. I remember my best encounters (which led to multiple dates or sometimes a relationship) were when I was just going about my business. Whenever I went to any of those "single events" (dragged usually by friends), I met no one.Good luck, Ruthie, and keep watching that lawn. Your "prince" just might inadvertently walk across it someday soon. - Comment by Ruthie on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come
You are still young, you have plenty of time. - Comment by Matthew Milam on Online Dating: Someday My Prince Will Come
I'm still hoping, just not looking anymore.
